All prices are shown in AUD inclusive of GST. TESA Electronics Pty Ltd Australia reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Payment
Payment shall be made at the time of purchase using the electronic payment system or by contacting our sales office and arranging the appropriate payment method. No goods shall be shipped until payment is received and confirmed as correct.
Availability
TESA Electronics Pty Ltd Australia will Endeavour to the best of our ability to supply goods promptly but shall be under no obligation for a delay or consequence thereof caused.
Freight
FREE DELIVERY Australia nationwide on all orders above $100.00.
On all orders under the above amounts, a standard delivery charge will be added to the total of the goods in your shopping basket.
Warranty
If a product is found to be faulty at purchase or within the specified product warranty period from the invoice date, TESA Electronics Pty Ltd Australia will cheerfully replace it at no extra charge. This offer is conditional on the product being returned with the invoice relating to the purchase. TESA Electronics Pty Ltd Australia cannot be held responsible for goods misused or damaged by the customer. If posting or couriering the product back to TESA Electronics Pty Ltd Australia or the place of purchase, please ensure that the product is suitably packed with all accessories and original packaging. The cost of postage is for the customers to care for the returned product only.
Claims & Returns
You can return any product you have purchased from our website (except for software or electronic data products) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, no matter what the reason. Refunds are available for the value of the goods only; freight or courier costs will not be refunded (both to you and for the return). The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice. For all returns, you must contact us first and receive an RMA form, which you must return with the item(s). For a complete refund, items must be in original condition, show no signs of wear, and be received back within 30 days from the date of shipment. Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, straps, cords, etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owner’s manual, warranty card, etc.). You are responsible for the goods until they safely reach our warehouse; as such, we recommend taking care when packing items for return to prevent damage. We also recommend you use a reputable courier company which you can claim against if your item is lost or damaged in transit. Returns take approximately 7-10 working days to clear and process.
We warrant our products to be free of defects in components and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one year from the original purchase date. While we and our suppliers make every effort to manufacture our products to the highest standards of quality carefully, occasionally parts may be found to be missing, defective, or damaged. If you have a defective part, return the product to us (the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your cost, the cost of returning the item(s) to you is our cost). Include proof of purchase and a fully completed RMA form. For all warranty claims you must contact us first and receive an RMA form which you must return with the item(s). During the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or use, lightning, negligence, accident, unauthorised service, or to incidental or consequential damages beyond the products themselves. This warranty and obligations hereunder is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of suitability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for any consequential damages caused by the failure of our equipment.
